My research has solidified the belief that I have that vaccinations are nothing but beneficial. Not only are awful diseases of the past a thing of the past, but public health increases when we abide by the health standards that should be set in place with mandatory vaccinations. The whisperings and rumors have long since been debunked, and, with a little research, one can find that vaccinations do nothing but good for the population. Although, I can see the other side of the argument. In some religions, vaccinations are forbidden or bad, and those views have the right to be protected. Despite defending the right to hold certain beliefs, vaccines shouldn’t have such a bad connotation with hefty diseases if that fact is not true. The general public needs to be informed with the truth, and the rumors of vaccinations causing things like autism need to stop. All in all, mandatory vaccinations for all children in the United States is a good idea and something to really consider in the near future. If the citizens of America want to keep it as healthy as possible, mandatory vaccinations are a small price to pay for nationwide health.
